What we keep

When you send an enquiry or order, we keep your name, phone number, email if you give it, city, and the files, links and notes you send.

Why

To quote, make and deliver your order, and to keep you posted about it on WhatsApp or by email. We don’t sell your details or use them for marketing.

Your files

Files you upload are stored privately; only our team can open them. We keep them for a while after your order, so a repeat order is easy, and then delete them. Ask, and we’ll delete them sooner.

Analytics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Payments

You pay us directly, by UPI, cash or bank transfer. This site never asks for card details.

Ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will.
