Payment

Most orders are paid in full in advance; bigger ones may take an advance, with the rest on delivery. Your quote says which.

Changes and cancellations

Change or cancel an order for free until we start making it. After that, the work already done is charged.

Returns

Personalised and custom items can’t be returned. If something arrives broken, or isn’t what was agreed, tell us within 3 days with photos, and we’ll reprint it or refund you.

Pickup and delivery

Pick it up from us in Hyderabad, send a rider, or choose a courier. Courier charges are in your quote.
