Ordering
How do I order?
Pick something in the shop, or send us your idea, a file or a link. We reply on WhatsApp with a quote, and once you’re happy with it, we start printing.
How long does it take?
Most shop items are ready in 3–5 days, personalised ones in 2–4 and custom prints in 5–7. Business orders get a date with their quote.
Can I send my own file or a link?
Yes. Upload an STL, 3MF or OBJ file, or paste a link from Google Drive, Printables, Thingiverse or the like. For something we design, a photo or a sketch works too.
Payment & delivery
How do I pay?
By UPI, cash or bank transfer, against the quote on your order page. There’s no card checkout on the site.
Do you deliver?
Pick it up from us in Hyderabad, send a rider, or we courier it anywhere in India. Delivery is added to your quote.
Materials & design
Which materials and colours do you print in?
Mostly PLA, and PETG, TPU or ABS when a part needs them. Pick from the colours on offer, silk ones included.
Can you design something for me?
Yes. Tell us what you need, with measurements or a photo, and we’ll model it. Design is quoted on its own, with revisions included.
Business
Do you take business orders?
Yes: prototypes, enclosures and short production runs. We can sign an NDA if you need one.
